What happens when you put techies and producers together?

Animoto, a web application that generates videos using patent-pending technology to produce videos with the visual energy of a music video and the emotional impact of a movie trailer.

So, we decided to give it a try. It was simple! First, we added a dozen "screen shots" of websites. Then we selected a song to accompany the video. We clicked a button that said to "finalize".

That's it. Take a look at about 10 minutes or so of work.
