Don't limit your concerns to traffic

One of the most frequently questions by REALTORS is "can you increase traffic?" We believe that a more relevant question is "how do I improve my visitor conversion rate?"

A conversion happens whenever a website visitor takes a desired action - from buying your service to signing up for a newsletter. Most reports say that 2% - 5% is a typical conversion rate. If you can improve the rate in which these conversions happen then you can improve your successes.

It is true that the greater the traffic, the greater the likelihood that you will get visitor conversions. But your objective is coversions. So don't limit your concerns to only traffic.
