TweetDeck

Many of you probably use Twitter and like the experience. However, at times it is difficult to see everything that you need to see. One of the recent experiences that we had is that we missed a couple of replies back to us.

Recently we started testing TweetDeck because we noticed so many other Twitter users were also using this product. You have to download it and install it on your computer. It's worth the effort to do so.

You can open up multiple "windows" side-by-side. We use windows for "all friends", "replies", and "groups". The "group" that we set up was for a core group of about seven WebCubic people so we can see their tweets conveniently. The "replies" will hopefully reduce the likelihood of our missing those in the future. The "all friends" is the same as what you would see in a Twitter session.

It works beautifully. One problem, once you set up a group and you close the group window for any reason, then you cannot see that same group window again until you re-establish it. A little painful, but if the group is small it's not going to be a problem. TweetDeck will fix this in time.
