Wi-Fi plans being delayed

There were a number of initiatives across the nation to provide low-cost or free wireless Internet services. Many of those plans are being placed "on hold" because they are too costly or too complicated.

This is impacting cities such as Houston, San Francisco, and Chicago.

A couple of days ago, Google announced the new Google Docs presentation feature. This has been long rumored to be released.

Presentations are created to be shared. The new presentations feature of Google Docs enables you organize, share, and collaborate on presentations using only a web browser.

Where are the visitors?

We had a call today from one of our clients who remarked that during the past 12 months that she sent many prospects to her website but she did not think they did anything there. The assumption is that these website visitors were lost during their visit.

How do you lose website visitors?

One, no listings. This is likely the primary reason for losing visitors. The one thing that visitors want to do is look at properties. You must have this capability and you must make it easy for visitors to start searching.
